The Enrolment Services Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities and resources associated with the student’s experience at Toronto School of Management. The incumbent will assist with overseeing student progression and provide ongoing support and guidance to all students, in addition to providing a high level of customer service, commitment to excellence and integrity at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Enrolment Services and Student Finance department, providing support, resources, and relevant training to the team.
- Foster an environment of cooperation and teamwork among Enrolment Services and Student Finance.
- Reviewing admissions processes and recommending changes, as necessary.
- Managing the workload of the Enrolment Services and Student Finance Officer on a daily basis by delegating and acquiring additional support as necessary.
- Supporting the Enrolment Services and Student Finance team to ensure they are their workload is being completed on time.
- Be involved with the onboarding and training of new Enrolment Services and Student Finance.
- Prepare lists of expected students every intake and coordinate with the student recruitment team to provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Manage files submitted to the student portal.
- Manage the Enrollment Services team and ensure that they perform the tasks effectively.
- Review uploaded to student portal files on a daily basis.
- Maintain up-to-date individual student files and follow up on incomplete documents.
- Assist in the interim reviews of the student files.
- Liaisons with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Communicating with students regarding missing documents according to departmental timelines.
- Manage shared Enrollment Services inbox.
- Ensure students receive efficient resolutions to their issues/ complaints in accordance with internal and external procedures.
- Register and enroll new students using a student management system. Assist in the development and drafting of the Student Handbook to update changes in program information and any changes/ improvement in policies and procedures.
- Builds trusting and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provide a positive impact on the student’s experience at the college.
- Participate in system upgrades and other department projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience working in an educational environment and/or with international students.
- Proven experience in managing staff with the ability to motivate team members to meet targets.
