**Position Summary**:
Are you a passionate brand builder looking to shape the future of some of the world’s most celebrated spirits? Join us as a Brand Manager and take the lead in bringing to life the growth strategy for our Champagne, Sparkling, and Ungava Spirits Co. portfolio — including Perrier-Jouët, G.H. Mumm, Martell, Ungava, Chic Choc, and Cabot Trail.

**What you’ll do**

**Brand Strategy & Execution**

- Develop and implement integrated 360° marketing programs across retail, on-premise, media, public relations, sponsorships, and experiential channels.
- Partner with agency teams to create breakthrough campaigns, artwork, and point-of-sale materials that stand out in a competitive market.
- Support regional marketing activation, adapting brand programs to key provincial markets.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing on retail programming, category management, activity calendars, sponsorships, events, and training.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed to the highest standards and deliver measurable impact.

**Brand Planning & Insights**

- Contribute to the development of annual brand plans and reviews with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Partner with Sales to commercialize marketing strategies across Canada.
- Work with Consumer Insights to identify opportunities that unlock growth and manage key brand research projects.
- Monitor brand and competitive performance, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities, and provide clear, actionable reporting.

**Budget & Performance Management**

- Manage brand A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, ensuring accurate allocation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, summarizing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
