We are now hiring Back of House positions to complete our expanding company and team. We are looking for teammates to join our crew who are dedicated, personable, responsible, can work independently and in a team, have reliable transportation and must have flexible availability. No experience needed but kitchen experience is a definite asset.

FULL and PART-TIME hours available - 10 to 25 hours per week.

**Food Prep**
- Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes.
- Completing food preparation accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
- Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to guest volume.
- Organization and dish cleaning.
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing food.

**Customer Experience**
- Providing a friendly customer experience to each BTRMLK guest.
- Cleaning equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to BTRMLK guidelines.
- Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.
- Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
- Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines.
- Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line.

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour + Tips

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week
