**You as a Manager, Design & Pre-Construction will**:

- Have a strong background in process engineering with specific experience in the design, construction and operation of pharmaceutical facilities, industrial process and chemical plants, battery plants or other similar facilities.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of process designs and systems for the construction, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications
- Prepare process flow and instrumentation diagrams
- Collaborate with architects, engineering and construction teams to integrate process engineering solutions into the design, optimizing for efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Compile information for client presentations, shop drawings review, and contract administration for the design of power, process, pipeline, etc.
- Assist with the development of project scope, budget and schedule for all process related work
- Provide onsite construction start-up and commissioning support and perform onsite audits and surveys of the facilities and equipment
- Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop cost estimates and proposals
- Manage equipment procurement and prepare bid evaluation
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear and concise updates on technical progress and addressing any concerns related to process engineering
- Research processing engineering best practices

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, specifically in the construction of battery plants or pharmaceutical facilities
- Familiarity with and understanding of various facility elements and systems such as power distribution, HVAC, controls and automation, building envelope, etc.
