Fleet Manager

**We're Hiring: Fleet Manager - Heavy Equipment Operations** _Location: Cap-Pele, N.B._

Are you ready to take the driver's seat in managing a vital part of our construction operations? We’re looking for an experienced **Fleet Manager** to join our team and take charge of a diverse fleet that includes heavy trucks and equipment critical to our projects.

As a key player on site, you'll ensure our equipment is in peak condition and operating efficiently — because when the machines move, the project moves.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and inspections
- Manage computer programs that dispatch and utilize heavy equipment across job sites, working on Geotracker
- Coordinate with multiple departments to meet project needs and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards
- Maintain accurate records for servicing, repairs, and inspections
- Work hands-on with operators and mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements
- Provide efficiencies in purchasing decisions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing heavy construction equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including computer skills
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- **Class 1 Driver’s License preferred**
