**Job Title**: Retail Sales Supervisor

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing exceptional customer service.
- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor to build relationships and drive sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, providing guidance and recommendations to both customers and team members.
- Assist with merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.

**CRM Process Oversight**:

- Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM process, ensuring the team effectively utilizes CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Train and support staff in using CRM software to improve customer relationship management and optimize sales performance.

**Back of House Operations**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory including receiving, processing, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient stockroom, ensuring all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to back-of-house operations.

**Team Supervision and Development**:

- Train, mentor, and develop sales associates in both back-of-house operations and selling techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback to the General Manager.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for both sales floor and back-of-house activities.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other supervisors to ensure a cohesive team environment and effective store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, retail POS systems, and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
