We are currently seeking dedicated Supply Childcare Workers to join our team on an as-needed basis. Position Summary:
As a Supply Childcare Worker, you will provide support in various classrooms and age groups as needed. You will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and fostering a positive learning environment for children when regular staff are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and care to children aged [insert age range], ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Assist with the planning and execution of daily activities, including play, crafts, learning exercises, and outdoor time.

Support daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices (e.g., diaper changes, handwashing).

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming environment for children.

Follow all policies and procedures related to health and safety, including emergency protocols.

Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in care.

Communicate effectively with children, families, and fellow staff members.

Qualifications:
Experience working with young children in a childcare or early learning setting.

Knowledge of early childhood development and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Certification in First Aid and CPR

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

TB Test done within 6 months

Flexibility and reliability—ability to work on short notice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Patience, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic childcare environment.

Pay: $19.45-$20.20 per hour

- Experience with children: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (required)
