**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

**Centre for MindBody Health (CMBH), Toronto, ON**

The Centre for MindBody Health (CMBH), located in mid-town Toronto, is a vibrant clinic offering psychological services and professional trainings for clinicians. We provide a wide range of clinical services, training, consultation, and supervision. Robust in-house trainings are available to all staff, and our administrative support team is integral to continually expanding all of the above offerings.
- Verify insurance benefits for clients and assist with any insurance-related inquiries.
- Provide support to associates by handling inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in preparing and organizing clinical forms and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and readily accessible.
- Support the organization of internal operations inclusive of internal educational events (e.g., Lunch and Learn Presentations).
- Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters to clients and associates, ensuring timely and engaging content.
- Support the process of Routine Outcome Monitoring, collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of our services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the clinic's electronic health record system (e.g., Jane) and provide necessary support to associates and clients engaging with the software.
- Assist with Human Resources tasks, such as onboarding new Associates and maintaining employee records.
- Support external educational operations, including assisting with various tasks related to upcoming workshops and trainings.

**Qualifications/Required Skills**:

- Background or interest, in health, mental health, or psychology
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in a relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, and a natural tendency to be proactive in managing multiple ongoing tasks as needed
- Self-starting, with a refined awareness of what needs to be done before it is asked
- Excellent time management abilities in order to efficiently and effectively complete tasks
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about learning new skills, well-established process for independent learning
- Tech savvy; not intimidated by learning new technology
- Warm, confident attitude, able to interact well with clients and therapeutic team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
