You are someone who:

- Is comfortable supporting people with special needs.
- Works well with both clients and their families.
- Is committed to ongoing training and skill-building.
- Is flexible to work evenings and weekends to make a client’s life better.
- Completes required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Works hard as a team player with a great company.
- Has Canadian citizen/permanent resident status and is legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and can transport clients in a safe, reliable vehicle.
- Can provide a clear Criminal Record Check, Intervention Record Check, and Driver’s Abstract.

**The Work**

Hourly Caregivers provide **respite care** for children, youth, and adults with special needs—either in their family homes or in semi-independent living.
Every client and shift is different. You might:

- Help with daily routines.
- Provide companionship and supervision.
- Support recreational and community activities.
- Ensure safety and well-being.
