Canada MedLaser Clinics is a growing medical aesthetic franchise with 15 locations across the GTA, with a friendly approach to beauty; offering an array of medical beauty services. We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, energetic and who has a proven track record in marketing, communications, paid media and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in marketing positions
- Develop and implement specific marketing plans to increase overall revenue
- Effectively manage all aspects of the marketing organization, including strategy, budget, planning, and operations
- Produce competitive external marketing and communications materials
- Identify opportunities to increase on-going and additional revenue streams and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary change.
- Analyze marketing opportunities, develop and executes creation and distribution of collateral (online and traditional) to support business goals and destination awareness.
- Develop strong partnerships with local and external organizations to further brand/product awareness and advise brand and regional teams of brand growth opportunities.
- Identify and implement new trends/products/technology.
- Document and implement best practices to help improve the marketing team’s efficiency, regarding lead capture and management.
- Develop reports to track and measure the effectiveness of online and offline marketing initiatives, helping demonstrate marketing ROI.

**Digital Marketing and Online Reputation**:

- Build Digital Online strategy plan
- Oversee social media handling and presence while implementing direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Develop repeatable, targeted marketing campaigns that consistently generate pipeline opportunities and net new business.
- Develop online content marketing plan for brand awareness and online traffic increase.

**Required Education, Languages & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Computer knowledge
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Strong knowledge of insights, ROI, P&L
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Self-starter, ability to motivate, inspire and lead
- Superior customer relation skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
