**Job Description**:
Hatch and Bantrel have formed the Hatch Bantrel Joint Venture (HBJV) to execute engineering and construction on the BHP Jansen Potash Mine Project in Saskatchewan. After successfully completing the Definition Phase Study for the project, the HBJV is currently carrying out the Detailed Engineering Phase for the Processing, Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) and Mining Areas of the 4.5 Mtpa Stage 1 Potash Mine. With a published TIC of US $5.3-5.7 Billion this will represent one of the largest projects and private investments in Canada. The HBJV will use a hybrid of best-in-class new developing technologies and systems as well as the proven HBJV suite of tools to execute this exciting project.
- **Please note this position is not eligible for a relocation subsidy or living out allowance. This will be a camp position on a 14 day on 7 days off rotation.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinated with Global and Regional peers to align and maintain consistent practices to support the Jansen Project
- Execute system related tasks, including coaching users, monitoring system expectations and accessibility, and ensuring Master Data is maintained, and system and support materials are available to users
- Support change management assessments and mitigate impacts to HSE systems, reporting & analytics from Project demand process and other business changes
- Maintain compliance with and manage risks related to applicable HSE Our Requirements through appropriate documentation governance
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and visulation development
- Demonstrated experience with document creation and work instructions
- Demonstrated experience with training creation and delivery
- Knowledge and experience in IT systems project planning, management, execution and delivery
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of system improvements as a system specialist, including leading and embedding change
- Working knowledge of regulatory & reporting HSE policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- HSE, Technology or other suitable qualifications
- Strong computer skills including understanding of HSE systems and data management
- Training in Agile and Lean working environments, and information Technology Infrastructure Library process
- Strong understanding of HSE vidualisations and analytics
- Takes personal accountability for their actions and performance, persisting and working hard to deliver against the plan and stretch targets
- Listens and clearly conveys information and updates, uses different communication methods to ensure others understanding the context, purpose, objectives, resources and time frame for work and tasks
