TimberTown Building Centre Ltd. is currently seeking a Lumber and Building Supply Warehouse / Yard Associate.

Forklift and Material Handling experience is an asset.
- Starting $18 min. per hour with a 3 month review.
- 40hr work week with Sunday and a weekday off.
- No Sundays, nights or Stat holidays required.
- Two weeks vacation, increasing to three weeks in year three.

- Paid forklift certification and work related self-improvement courses.

**Responsibilities**:
**Duties**:

- Provide customers with assistance loading their lumber and building material purchases, safely and efficiently
- Pick and check orders for accuracy
- Shipping and receiving duties as required including off loading trucks, culling lumber, cleaning, organizing & maintaining a safe work environment for employees and customers

**Qualifications**:

- High School education or equivalent
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work year round, outside in all conditions
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Able to perform physical work with medium and heavy lifting
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Driven with the ability to take initiative
- Previous forklift experience an asset
- Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays (We are closed Sundays and Statutory Holidays)

Solid work references required (from last 2 employers) - mandatory

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
