Firemaster Oilfield Services is currently seeking a Personnel and Equipment Coordinator (Dispatcher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a team member who is familiar with the Oil and Gas Industry and who have experience with oilfield safety services, as well as dispatching personnel and equipment.

**10 days on & 4 off rotation.**

Job Responsibilities:

- Comfortable communicating with customers and providing customer service on the phone.
- Have a good understanding of industrial safety equipment and the services provided.
- Record accurate job information, such as directions and specific requirements for each job.
- Monitor the personnel who are travelling through our Journey Management System.
- Familiar with Federal Hours of Service regulations.
- Take reasonable care to protect the health and safety of yourself and other workers by following our policies & procedures, along with government and industry regulations.
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Always display professional work habits and a positive attitude.
- Detail orientated and organized in verbal and written communication.
- The ability to problem-solve and remain calm in the event of an emergency.
- Multitask and complete daily duties in order of priority.
- Job creation through our company specific program.
- Customer pricing review.
- Approval of tickets as they are submitted electronically by field employees.
- Maintain tracking of employee hours and location/status of equipment.
- Overall basic computer skills, and the willingness to learn new systems is required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Class 5 Drivers License with clean Driver’s Abstract, must provide an Abstract within 30 days prior to hiring date.
- Grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Current Enform H2S Alive Certification.
- Current First Aid.
- Common Safety Orientation (available online through Energy Safety Canada).
- Firemaster will provide employee with company specific WHMIS and TDG training as well as a Driver Improvement Program, Fatigue Management and Hours of Service
