**Job Summary**
The Events & Catering Coordinator plays a crucial role in organizing and executing catering events. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail to ensure successful events.

**Duties**
- Assisting the Events Manager with various tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to plan catering details, including menu selection and event logistics
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, table settings, and food displays
- Assist with managing catering staff during events to provide exceptional guest service
- Handle post-event tasks such as cleanup and inventory management
- Assist with and office management responsibilities
- FOH Serving/Bartending responsibilities as needed and to fill out schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and guests
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
