**Brand Growth**: Build brand recognition and loyalty by collaborating with teams across our diverse business units.

**Market Insights**: Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.

**Content Creation**: Craft or oversee the production of engaging marketing materials, including blogs, videos, and promotions.

**Performance Tracking**: Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

**Experience**: A proven track record in marketing, with experience in digital marketing or content strategy being an asset.

**Creativity & Innovation**: A strong sense of creativity to develop fresh, impactful ideas.

**Self-Starter**: Ability to take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities independently.

**Collaboration Skills**: A team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills for working across departments and companies.

**Analytical Mindset**: A focus on data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance.

**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the building supply or retail industry is an advantage but not required.
