Colibri Montreal is a creative studio where we believe in telling stories through art. We're looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our team in a dynamic role that spans customer service, and hands-on permanent jewelry, tooth gem work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities as a Technician**:

- Greet and assist clients with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Help customers select jewelry and explain piercing or permanent jewelry services.
- Handle client check-ins, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
- Perform welding for permanent jewelry services (training provided; prior experience is a plus).
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for welding tasks.
- Offer clients guidance on permanent jewelry care and style options.
- Perform tooth gem services (training provided; prior experience is a plus).

**Studio Cleanliness & Maintenance**:

- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the studio in line with health and safety regulations.

**Content Creation **(not required but will be a plus):

- Create engaging digital content for Colibri’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Understand and utilize social media trends to promote studio services.
- Proficiency in mobile apps such as Canva, CapCut, TikTok, and Instagram for designing visuals and editing short-form videos.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual**: Fluent in both **French and English** (required).
- **Outgoing personality**: You love interacting with people and making clients feel comfortable.
- **Customer service skills**: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with diverse clients.
- **Open to learning and growing**: Always eager to improve and take on new challenges.
- **Attention to detail** and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to **multitask** and manage time effectively.
- **Permanent jewelry, tooth gem experience** is a plus, but training will be provided.
- **Passion for the tattoo, piercing, and body modification industry** is a huge advantage
- Experience in content creation or social media management (Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram) is a plus.
