This position requires a motivated, dynamic individual whose primary responsibility will be to estimate projects from an existing client base and expand that base through producing new sales leads.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimated costs of materials, labor, for custom metals RFQ’s
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimated costs of materials, labor, for Architectural metal (Division 5 - Misc. and Architectural sections)
- Cultivate new sales leads

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings is a must.
- Strong knowledge of standard estimating practices.
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude at all times.
- Ability to get along with different personalities and be a fully contributing team player.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in estimating construction and custom metal
- It is very important that the individual would be able to do estimating of custom metals and architectural metals (familiar with tendering process as well) as an intermediate to senior position there will be no training required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
