**Order Pickers**

Springhill Lumber (Wholesale) Ltd. is looking for a few **Order Pickers** for immediate hire. These positions are from Monday to Friday with some overtime as required.

**Rate of Pay**: $18.00 - $20.25 CAD (Depending on Experience)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure orders are loaded, unloaded and accurately filled, counted and secured following all safe work requirements;
- Completes paper work accordingly - tallies product changes as needed;
- Maintains a clean and orderly yard and warehouse as directed;
- Be professional, courteous, and punctual with a focus on customer service;
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Ability to do physical labour including lifting, carrying (over 50 Lbs.), bending repeatedly on a daily basis;
- Ability to work outside year-round;
- Forklift Licence desired (but not required) - In house training/testing provided;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced, demanding working environment.
- Experience and knowledge in this or a related industry is an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to dust and extreme changes in temperature and weather when working outside year around.
- Safety boots and safety equipment are required;
- Busy, high-volume environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.25 per hour
