We specialize in the maintenance, repair, and installation of sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and backflow preventers. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sprinkler Service Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch fire protection services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough service estimates for new and existing sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and backflow preventers.
- Provide expert troubleshooting assistance to field technicians, ensuring efficient and accurate problem resolution.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage service schedules to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor service technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise updates on service progress and recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including estimates, inspections, repairs, and parts used.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sprinkler system maintenance, repair, and inspection.
- Strong understanding of fire hydrants and backflow preventers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to guide and support technicians in the field.
- Familiarity with relevant fire protection codes and standards (NFPA, local regulations, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $80,000.00-$104,000.00 per year
