**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist with job postings and resume review (Samuel internal and external site, online job boards, colleges and universities)

Responsible for resolution of any outstanding pre-employment check issues

Schedule talent assessments and debriefs

Launch virtual interview screening

Assist with new hire orientation schedule

Coordinate Quality of Hire surveys and reporting of results

Generate Recruitment reports including vacancy reports, talent metrics and others as requested

Support the automated Exit Interview process

Identify career fair and networking opportunities for Samuel Son & Co and assist with the planning and organization of Job Fairs

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Completion of post-secondary education or r

ecent graduate in Human Resources Management with 1-2 years’ experience in HR admin role

Strong communications skills; written, verbal and presentation

Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite - ability to create PowerPoint presentations, reports in Word, and spreadsheets in Excel

Experience working within an HRIS or ATS system an asset

A self-starter with the ability to work independently

Collaborative with colleagues from all levels and departments

Agile and open to changing directions

A strong multitasker with the ability to navigate competing deadlines

A creative problem solver

Highly organized and deadline-driven
