Come join our awesome team, voted Squamish’s best women's clothing store We are looking for people with a customer focused nature to join our fun and exciting team at Random & Co. We specialize in modern consignment clothing, accessories, and gifts.

We are looking for hardworking, fashion-loving individuals. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Previous retail experience is an asset, but not necessary. Customer service experience is required.

OVERVIEW

You love to talk about clothing and accessories as much as you love to collect them. You always scope out the latest styles and enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers. It’s easy for you to instigate natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of people, and resolve issues calmly and effectively. You like to work as part of a team on the sales floor. You value customer service and are able to provide this effortlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service

Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations

Maintaining sales goals

Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs

Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs

Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends

Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally 1+ year of retail experience

Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and Random & Co products

Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision

Flexible availability - including early evenings, weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
