**Scope**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with organizations, corporations, foundations, and community groups
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners
- Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals
- Design and implement projects that align with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify community needs and opportunities for program development
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and program success
- Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and meetings
- Identify and secure funding opportunities to support program initiatives
- Prepare grant proposals, reports, and other documentation as required by funders and stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and operations to ensure cohesive program delivery
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Complete administrative procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Social Work, Management, Psychology, Adult Education, Counselling, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, project management, or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
- Passion for the organization’s mission and a commitment to community development
- Knowledge of settlement and resettlement programs is an asset
**Other requirements**
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check (completed when an offer is made)
