**PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION**

J.O.E. is seeking a Program Coordinator to work under the direction of the Program Manager in Programming, to provide Job-Readiness Training and Employment Opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Employment Placements**
- Work with Program Manager to secure Employment Placements in our community for adults with developmental disabilities
- Provide in-person Job Coaching for all Employment Placements
- Be aware of growth and development plans for each J.O.E Employee and support each accordingly. Communicate feedback to Program Manager, as necessary.
- Attend Special Community Outreach Events.

**Job-Readiness Training Program**
- Develop and support delivery of Job-Readiness Training Program, in collaboration with Program Manager.

**Program Support**
- Facilitate Weekly Online Learning Forums for J.O.E.
- Develop and deliver Weekly Online Learning Segments, in collaboration with Program Manager
- Develop and facilitate Weekly Online “Shares” and Kahoots

**Social Media**
- Assist in all technology related activities and HOST Learning Forum Meetings
- Meet online with Program Manager weekly to discuss and plan programming in a
- collaborative manner.
- Facilitate Weekly Online Learning Forums
- Create Weekly “Happy Friday” Social Media Posts and include a tie-in of educational information related to the topic.
- Create J.O.E. Quarterly Newsletter in collaboration with the Program Manager.

- possesses strong Interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and work effectively with adults with developmental disabilities
- demonstrates proficiency in technical skills, to assist with Online Learning Forums, and Social Media Posts on Facebook
- can assist our Program Manager in managing and updating our J.O.E. Website on an ongoing basis
- is positive, friendly, collaborative and respectful of others, at all times.
- is flexible, creative, enthusiastic and passionate about working with adults with developmental disabilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
