Nous recherchons un
**gestionnaire de centre de collision** expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Nous considérerons également un directeur de production ou un estimateur expérimenté, prêt à franchir la prochaine étape de sa carrière réussie Vous jouerez un rôle crucial en dirigeant une équipe d’associés qui facilitent l’achèvement des travaux requis pour réunir les clients avec des véhicules réparés ou restaurés. En tirant parti de vos vastes compétences en leadership et de votre connaissance du processus de réparation des véhicules, vous serez responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs annuels de performance financière du centre de carrosserie.

**Votre quotidien**:

- Gérer les opérations commerciales quotidiennes pour obtenir des résultats optimaux dans toutes les catégories de performance financière.
- Superviser le flux de travail au sein du centre de collision pour garantir que les réparations sont terminées à temps tout en maximisant l'efficacité de l'atelier.
- Célébrer les réussites de l'équipe et cultiver une culture positive de l'excellence
- Fournir un encadrement constructif, des commentaires et communiquer les objectifs et les attentes du département de manière à garantir le succès des membres de l'équipe.
- Embaucher, former et gérer le rendement des associés du centre de collision
- Posséder un service client exceptionnel à nos précieux clients
- Gérer les relations professionnelles avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les concessionnaires
- Surveiller les comptes clients (AR) et collecter les fonds pour les travaux de réparation
- Rédiger des estimations et fournir un encadrement continu à l'équipe d'estimation
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les experts en sinistres de plusieurs compagnies d'assurance

**Ce que vous apportez à la table**:

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que gestionnaire de centre de collision, ou expérience dans un rôle de directeur de production ou d'estimateur et prêt à franchir la prochaine étape de votre carrière.
- Des études postsecondaires dans une discipline connexe seraient considérées comme un atout.
- Excellente communication verbale/écrite, combinée à la capacité d'interagir et d'obtenir le soutien de la haute direction et d'autres décideurs.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences en Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Forte maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques standards (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide et des antécédents de conduite sécuritaires
