**Position Details**:

- ** Wage**: $21-$23/hour (based on experience)
- ** Hours**: 13-15 hours per week
- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- ** Contract End Date**: December 31, 2025
- ** Perks**: Mileage compensation, paid training, bonus potential, and the opportunity to work with an iconic chocolate, cookie, and cracker brand

**Your Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel using relationship-based selling techniques
- Ensure product visibility by building eye-catching displays and securing secondary display space
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product is fully stocked and aligned with store needs
- Visit 5+ retail stores weekly following a set schedule
- Capture and submit daily visit reports with photos
- Represent MCA and our client’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or CPG sales
- Strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles
- Confident, persistent, and results-driven personality
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for reporting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations
