Femme is looking for an experienced, warm and organized Medical Aesthetician at our female-focused clinic in North Toronto (Avenue Rd. & Lawrence Ave).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, including:

- Customized facials and chemical peels
- Radiofrequency (RF) treatments (Face and body)
- RF microneedling
- Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) treatments
- Microneedling
- Laser hair removal
- AlumierMD skincare product protocols
- Develop, recommend and administer personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the clinic’s EMR system (Jane).
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on patient comfort, trust, and long-term relationships.
- Educate patients on at-home skincare regimens, particularly AlumierMD product usage.
- Uphold all safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in accordance with Clinic policy.
- Participate in occasional clinic events, promotions, and educational workshops.
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming team culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed/Certified Medical Aesthetician with training in advanced skin and laser treatments.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical aesthetics.
- Proficiency with EMR systems or strong computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- A passion for aesthetics and continuous professional development.
- Availability to work part-time hours (20-26 hours per week)

**Compensation/Hours**:

- Hours: 20-26 hours per week
- Salary: $27,000-35,000 per year
- Commission: 10% on all skincare sales and treatment packages

Pay: $27,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
