**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain brand consistent integrated marketing initiatives under the direction of the Team Leader, including targeted segmentation (i.e. postal code, income, current home owner, multi-home owner etc.)
- Deliver an optimized marketing strategy that successfully leverages our CRM database to generate new business
- Deliver a robust rolling 12-month marketing strategic calendar, that includes all multi-channel marketing efforts with supporting operating metrics and budget allocation, aligned to our short/long term sales objectives
- Manage and drive SEO and Google Analytic metrics, delivering against KPIs and aligned to sales generation strategy
- Support our brand awareness and marketing campaigns through strategically planning campaigns, direct marketing, community involvement, media presence and public relations opportunities (publications, blogs/vlogs, television, charity, social events and sponsorship etc.) to launch, develop and generate leads
- Conduct market research studies on industry trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor services, and other relevant information to form marketing recommendations
- Create custom content to support local marketing requirements to develop business opportunities, support selling strategies and prospecting efforts with targeted demand generation programs
- Manage multiple and ongoing vendor management including photographers and videographers as required
- Whatever it takes to build our brand and provide exceptional service to our clients
- Other duties as assigned

**What will you need?**
- 2+ years in a marketing/branding or project management role within the real estate industry
- A degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- Impactful communication skills across all platforms: print and online materials, media relations and stakeholder to build brand awareness and community engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and to interact effectively with diverse personalities in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Passion for leveraging marketing technology to drive a superior client experience
- Able to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
- Confidence with decision making regarding determining project guidelines, purpose, following through and completion.
