Barry Enterprises Protection & Security Services is seeking a R**egional Supervisor** to oversee security operations **and drive business development** across assigned territories.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead Field Operations**: Supervise and support Site Supervisors and Security Officers across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
- **Drive Sales & Growth**: Identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand district revenue.
- **Enhance Client Relationships**: Conduct regular site visits, meet with clients, assess service satisfaction, and present proposals for additional coverage or upgraded services.
- **Oversee Performance**: Monitor site operations, conduct audits, ensure compliance with post orders, and maintain readiness at all times.
- **Resolve Incidents**: Lead emergency responses, manage conflicts, and provide professional documentation and follow-up.
- **Train & Develop Teams**: Mentor field staff through leadership, skill-building, and ongoing operational coaching.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Uphold Alberta Security Services regulations, licensing standards, and internal company policies.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Review daily reports, track attendance, scheduling, and client deliverables.
- **Represent the Brand**: Act as a front-line ambassador of Barry Enterprises’ culture, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in security management, law enforcement, or operations leadership (sales or client-facing experience preferred).
- **Business Development Mindset**: Proven ability to network, prospect, and close new contracts or site expansions.
- **Leadership**: Ability to inspire, discipline, and motivate diverse teams while maintaining operational consistency.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Balances day-to-day management with long-term growth objectives.
- **Licensing**: Valid Alberta Security License and Class 5 Driver’s License (with reliable transportation).
- **Professionalism**: High level of accountability, attention to detail, and integrity under pressure.
