You will provide positive and productive student experiences resulting in the highest obtainable graduation rates, job placement rates and student referrals.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing guidance to adult learners as they progress through self-directed courses.
- Become familiar with the courses yourself - you will assist students gain an understanding of course content.
- Perform administrative duties such as ordering materials, data entry, generating reports, welcoming visitors, answering telephones, corresponding with various parties, monitoring student attendance, and handing confidential student records.
- Create a healthy, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for learners and co-workers.
- Proctoring exams.
- Coaching adult learners on exam preparation and productive study habits.
- Prepare graduates for entering the workforce once they complete their studies.

**Qualifications**
- A University Degree or College Diploma from a recognized Canadian Institution (international qualifications may be considered).
- Excellent external and internal customer service.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.
- Experience working with adults in an educational environment is an asset.
- Experience working in a Private Career College or other educational environment, preferably as a teaching assistant or facilitator is an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
