**Cash 4 You | The District Manager’s Role**
District Managers (DMs) motivate, coach, and support the objective of providing exceptional customer service and performance. This includes working and strategizing with branch managers to create a vision and plan that focuses on customer service and helping teams understand and be inspired by their connections to the Vision, Values and Strategies of Cash 4 You.
This position is responsible for managing a network of branches consisting of Branch Managers and Lending Specialists (CSRs) and leading the sales efforts and growth goals of the business unit. This individual will support the execution on our strategy to double our business over five years through collaboration and partnering with cross-sell business partners.
**Cash 4 You | Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years of Multi-Unit Management experience **in retail, financial services and/or specialty business
- 5+ years of experience in any or a combination of the following: interacting with customers, assessing and meeting the needs of customers, solving customer problems
- Direct leadership experience managing people with a demonstrated ability to coach, train and develop high performing team members with varying levels of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and present to multiple levels of management
**Cash 4 You | Key Job Expectations**
Our District Manager’s know their numbers, run it like they own it. On any given day, you’re expected to:
- Effectively execute in a fast paced, high demand, high change retail environment while balancing multiple competing priorities.
- Coach, train, and develop managers around soundness and efficiency in branch operations, implementation of branch performance objectives, diagnosing performance problems, addressing human resources and team management issues, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with strong risk management and compliance-driven culture, firmly establish those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company
- Execute all applicable risk programs (Credit, Operational, Regulatory Compliance and loss prevention), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Cash 4 You policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions
- Develop strategic partnerships and cultivate new sales channels and initiatives to grow the top line
- Analyze and improve metrics, loan portfolio, and rigorous expense management to increase shareholder value
- Work as part of a team, going above and beyond including weekends and holidays as needed
