**Motel Manager Job Description**

**Job Summary**

Park Motel is looking for a full-time motel manager with management experience, kind, gentle, and service minded. We need to provide a manager house and be there 24 hours a day.

The Motel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the motel, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient and profitable management of the property. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. The Motel Manager will work closely with staff to create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure that all motel services are delivered to the highest standards.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the motel, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
- Manage budgeting processes, including monitoring expenses and revenues to achieve financial goals.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for daily operations.

**Skills**
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest interactions professionally.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in supervising staff in a hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with front desk operations within a motel environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
