At Agentnoon, we’re transforming how companies design and evolve their organizations. As Chief of Staff, you’ll partner closely with our CEO, Ali Nawab, and cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic clarity, operational excellence, and exceptional execution. This role is not about calendar management or administrative tasks—it’s about leading strategically, building deep relationships, and driving meaningful impact across our entire organization.
We’re looking for a high agency **operator, communicator, and builder** who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about shaping the strategic direction and operational framework of a category-defining company.

**Must-Have Skills**
- Highly organized, strong written and verbal communicator
- Several years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, boutique strategy firms, Big 4)
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills similar to Investment Banking Associates
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and strategic initiatives independently
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—internally and externally
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Prior startup or high-growth technology experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operational or strategic roles within tech companies

- Defined and implemented operational best practices, increasing organizational clarity and alignment
- Prepared for your next leadership role within Agentnoon by actively shaping your professional trajectory
