Client Services Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate flexibility and creativity
- Make sure Staff Adhere to EPIC/SMILE’s Policies and Procedures
- Make sure Staff Adhere to Manitoba Residential Care Licensing Manual
- Circulate communication
- Ensure all protocols are followed
- Clear understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Will report directly to the General Manager
- Arrange doctor, dentist, optical and specialist appointments for residents as needed
- Take clients to appointments (includes documenting results)
- Complete IPP, Financial reviews and Support Plans for residents with assistance from Residential Program Manager
- Communicate with Public Trustee, CSW and families
- Order/purchase Residents toiletry items
- Order Residents medications and check incoming medication packs for errors
- Oversee medication dispensing and related documentation (MAR, OTC sheets)
- Prepare and oversee PRN forms
- Investigate health care products (eg. bath chairs, walkers) as needed
- Update client files, binders
- Assist Residential Manager with scheduling as needed
- Will have to take On-Call at least once a month
- Balance residents monthly Petty cash statements
- Balance residents monthly bank statements
- Prepare residents cash and pay all their bills
**Qualifications**:
- Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
- Communication in English, both written and verbal
- French would be an asset but not necessary
- Must possess Adult Abuse Registry and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to maintain good positive working relations with others
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $36,461.01-$63,587.02 per year
