**Office Receptionist / Office Administration**
**Requirements**:
- 10 years’ experience in office administration is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel and Outlook)
- Attention to Detail
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Be able to provide administration assistant to other team members.
- Has experience in writing templates, letters and correspondence.
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be self-directed, proactive and able to exercise discretion.
- Strong organizational skills
**Duties**:
- Open and distribute daily mail and arrange couriers.
- Matching PO’s, packing slips and invoices
- Responsible for preparing accounts payable for approval and payment and reconciling supplier statements.
- Research and compile project information and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
