**Position Overview**:
As a Commission Sales Representative for Surety Cleaning, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base. This remote, commission-based position offers high earning potential for motivated sales professionals with the ability to close deals and cultivate strong client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, targeting businesses, property managers, and other commercial entities in need of our elite cleaning services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial cleaning across various sectors, including corporate offices, retail locations, property management companies, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and recommending Surety Cleaning’s tailored solutions.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or calls with prospective clients to present our cleaning services and competitive advantages.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online prospecting.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the operations team.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to Surety Cleaning’s growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to work remotely, with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Access to a computer, internet, and phone for remote work purposes.

Pay: $200.00-$15,159.97 per month

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
