**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **results-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator** to support the continued growth and visibility of **Masterful Moves Realty Group**.

This role blends marketing execution with event coordination, ideal for a motivated professional who’s both strategic and hands-on.

You’ll manage content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement initiatives that drive awareness, attendance, and brand growth.

This is a **part-time subcontract position** designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how marketing drives measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and promote monthly real estate and community events
- Coordinate sponsor partnerships and local collaborations
- Manage timelines, RSVPs, engagement analytics, and event reporting
- Create branded materials using **Canva**:

- Support lead-generation efforts and marketing automation systems
- Be at the events to make sure they are running as planned
- 2+ years of experience in **marketing, events, or communications**:

- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Proficient in **Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and meeting deadlines
- Bonus: experience in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing
