**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the purpose of the Marketing Coordinator, IT Sustainability Programs is to support the Green4Good sales team with marketing coordination and administration enabling the Green4Good sales team in their sales initiatives.

To be successful in this role, demonstrated professional passion and energy for sustainability would be an asset. Someone who prides themselves on being proactive and taking ownership of their assignments is highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help create sustainability focused messaging to promote the program through various marketing initiatives
- Identify sustainability focused companies to target under the program
- Work closely with our partners to help identify and approach other potential clients
- Work with Account Executives to help with focused marketing and customer feedback initiatives
- Work with customers to respond to questions, provide updates, etc.
- Help with data analysis to create new metrics, improve efficiencies, etc.
- Identify opportunities within the sustainability world for our programs to be promoted within
- Social media - assist in establishing and leveraging social media to help communicate the program

**Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written required
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve sales and customer needs
- Experience working in a VAR or distribution channel experience would be beneficial.
- Bilingual would be beneficial (English and French)
- Post-Secondary education would be an asset
- Experience supporting sales teams in an administration or coordination capacity is preferred
