**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the station, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- We have one year sales review to be reviewed
- Conduct interviews and hire staff as needed to maintain optimal workforce levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, employee performance evaluations, and inventory logs.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a group towards common goals.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail management is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of industry best practices.
- Administrative skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and reports.
