**Job Description**:

- As a member of Actuarial and Underwriting Shared Services, you will provide actuarial and underwriting support to the Actuarial and Underwriting department._
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:_

Actuarial
- _ Handle monthly actuarial reporting (e.g. PMR report, Claims change report, accumulations)._
- _ Provide data extracts for actuarial using SQL._
- _ Provide data support for annual reinsurance treaties (All Classes and Property CAT)._
- _ Provide support for quarterly/year end valuation._
- _ Provide support for annual Plan ELR._
- _ Provide support for annual EQ filing._
- _ Eventually provide actuarial pricing support._

Underwriting
- _ Data entry of SOV’s for property_
- _ Quality control for Data pertaining to SOV’s_
- _ Assist UA is coding functions_
- OTHER DUTIES AS NEEDED:_
- _ Excel/SQL support as needed for special projects._
- _ Industry data aggregation/research support._
- _ General actuarial support as needed._
- SKILLS REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS:_
- _ Working knowledge of commercial casualty and property, with a dedication to self-improvement and development_
- _ Strong oral and written communication, analytical and computer skills_
- _ Team oriented and ability to work effectively with peers_
- _ Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet daily demand and deadlines to fulfill all service requirements_
- _ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel._
- _ Knowledge of SQL a plus._
