**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, including processing cancellations and modifications.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or concerns.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest interactions.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
