We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will leverage your technical sales skills to promote products, engage with customers, and help create a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep inventory stocked and assist with receiving and restocking shipments.
- Offer technical support—answer questions about battery types, compatibility, recycling, and charging.
- Support the team with minor store opening/closing tasks, including inventory counts.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash registers.
- Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Wage**: From $22 per hour to $25 per hour depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 46 per week
