**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using Sketchup, NavisWorks, or SolidWorks.
- Prepare schematics for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design concepts and translate them into actionable plans.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or architects, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and project changes.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing necessary drawings and visual aids.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is essential.
- Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Sketchup, NavisWorks, or SolidWorks is highly desirable.
- Ability to create 2D animations and schematics to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $37,511.99-$78,303.59 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, ON N6J 3Y2
