**Job Title**: Food Runner Location: Sooke Harbour House, Sooke, BC Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team and support our front-of-house operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure each dish is presented according to the restaurant’s high standards.
- Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Ensure that all service stations are stocked and maintained.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with inquiries.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the servers and other team members as needed to ensure smooth service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food safely.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
