**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
