Pace Solutions Corp. is one of the fastest growing water treatment service providers in Canada, providing treatment programs to protect the metallurgy and provide water & energy conservation for steam boilers, heating and cooling water systems.

**We have an immediate full time position available for a treatment service technician to provide field testing for our clients in the area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.**

**Key Responsibilities/Qualifications**
- Ability to maintain positive communication skills & public relations with our clients.
- Communicate and report to the Pace Territory Manager.
- Preference for those with post secondary education in Chemistry or a B.Sc.
- Perform onsite water analysis of Boilers, Heating and Cooling Water Systems.
- Performing onsite gasket-filter changes and diagnosing any equipment deficiencies, so a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use tools is helpful.
- Completing computerized reporting related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong work ethic and organizational - time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Must have valid **Manitoba** drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Your own vehicle in good working condition with valid insurance is required.
- Able to understand, speak, read and write English sufficiently to perform the duties.
- Canadian citizenship or legally landed immigrant status and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Daily travels throughout Winnipeg Metropolitan area and surrounding region.

**Pace Solutions Will Provide**
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications ($50,000), plus result based bonuses.
- Monthly vehicle allowance, generous benefits package and 2 weeks holidays.
- Mobile phone & laptop computer.
- Water treatment analysis training.
- Water treatment service technician training through the Association of Water Technologies.
