Look no further We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader / Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team at DelGate Logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift efficiently and safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity to ensure timely completion of orders and projects
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a culture of cleanliness and safety
- Utilize order picking equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Train and onboard new team members on forklift operation and warehouse procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift license/certification
- Proven experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in order picking techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
