**CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR**

**Employee Requirements**:

- Flexible scheduling availability including evenings and weekends.
- 6 month probation period.
- After the initial schedule is posted, the employee is responsible for coordinating any time off they require with other assistants directly. This will not be arranged and must be approved by the pharmacy manager.
- Provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice to leave a position or change your employment status after your minimum commitment period.
- Have previous customer service and retail experience.
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure to acknowledge customers through eye contact, friendly smile and assistance.
- Log sales in the cash register and process payments.
- Handle money transactions properly and record all transactions accurately.
- Maintain and manage over-the-counter drug products, orders from multiple vendors and stock adequate inventory.
- Assist in training and on-boarding new team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Leading in a positive and constructive manner.
- Have a high level of self initiative and motivation.
- Help in the dispensary when required.

**Employment Details**:

- $19 per hour.
- Full-time hours. (32-40 hrs)
- Rotating schedule including weekends.
- 2 weeks paid vacation (4%) for full-time and part-time employees. Casual employees will have their vacation pay paid out on each pay cheque.
- Benefits available after 3 months for full time employees. These include dental, drug, vision and paramedical for full time employees.
- 6 months probation.
- Employee discount.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
