We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated **Journeyman Plumber**to join our team—someone with experience in boilers, air-to-water heat pumps, geothermal heating systems, and a good understanding of low voltage control wiring.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Install and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems, including boilers, air-to-water heat pumps, and geothermal heating systems
- Run and terminate low voltage control wiring for HVAC and hydronic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Collaborate with contractors, designers, and other trades to deliver high-quality work
- Troubleshoot and service advanced plumbing and control systems
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations

**What You Bring**:

- Valid Journeyman Plumber license/certification
- 4+ years of residential experience in plumbing and mechanical systems (custom home experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hydronic systems including air-to-water heat pumps and geothermal
- Good understanding of low voltage control wiring and HVAC control systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Clean driving record
