We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver enhancements to our panel management app and platform. In this role, you’ll clarify requirements, author functional/technical specifications, identify risks and dependencies, plan sprints, clear blockers and communicate progress to project stakeholders.

Collaborate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Product Management and Engineering to define, design and deliver world-class solutions on time and to spec

Translate product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts suitable for delivery by local and remote Engineering teams

Understand the vision, design, business logic, and technical architecture of the platform and serve as the primary product expert.

Build, track and communicate the program schedule to management and stakeholders.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics while identifying areas of opportunity and growth.

Support, test and troubleshoot partner integrations

Lead/participate in stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and other team meetings with your agile team(s)

Drive effective collaboration, communication, and commitment across distributed cross-functional teams

**CAPABILITIES**

5+ years experience leading cross-functional local and remote agile development teams

Familiarity with Service Oriented and Serverless Architectures

Advanced problem-solving, communication and time management skills

BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience driving feature development from conception to launch, managing execution and delivering high quality products.

Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.

Ability to be an influential member of an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

The salary range for this role in Ontario is $81,100 - $135,200. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
