**The Opportunity**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Credit Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

- Regularly notify customers of overdue accounts
- Assist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution
- Resolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customers
- Work closely with Sales team to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collections
- Recommend further action in cases where payment is not forthcoming

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 5 years of related credit or accounts receivable work experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision

The base pay range for this role is: $57,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is an **onsite** role based in **Cambridge, Ontario**.
